Dmytro is a finance professional with strong expertise in corporate financing, debt structuring, and project finance. As a Senior Consultant in the Strategy and Transactions Advisory team at Ernst & Young, he specialises in analysing company indebtedness, evaluating debt capacity, and supporting complex restructuring cases. His experience includes developing comprehensive financial models, conducting independent business reviews (IBRs), and preparing feasibility studies to assess the viability of investment and financing strategies. Dmytro has led engagements involving distressed asset analysis, debt renegotiation with banks, and the design of optimal capital structures for both ongoing businesses and project-based investments. With hands-on involvement in preparing integrated financial statements, advising on term sheets, and financing scenarios, he ensures data- driven, strategic recommendations for clients navigating financial uncertainty or growth transitions. Dmytro holds a master's degree in finance from the Prague University of Economics and Business, where he is also pursuing a Ph.D. in Finance. He has passed CFA Levels I and II, reflecting his analytical rigor and commitment to excellence in corporate finance.
